Updated Pneumonia Vaccine Guidelines

The 20-Valent Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV20) has recently been added to Singapore’s National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS). Here are the updated guidelines regarding pneumonia vaccination depending on your age, previous vaccinations taken and/or medical conditions:

As can be seen above, it may be confusing to know which pneumonia vaccines to get and in what order. If in doubt, do always consult your doctor to see what is recommended for you!
